Responsible for checking the messages from the members of the chats as well as providing support and explaining minor issues that some clients may not understand in order to avoid an overload on the Support Tickets requests. When necessary, you will have to escalate the client’s requests to the Support Team so the most delayed tickets can receive a prompt response. You will maintain a kind and most suitable ambient on the chats, therefore, if necessary, you let the users know that they have to correct their behavior. Reporting any and all eventuality (bugs and glitches). We are looking for someone empathetic that knows how to connect with the client’s needs, stick to the protocols, able to handle work under pressure, that attends and learns from the corrections that can be made. Available to work on night and/or morning shifts.

Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Support
- Advanced English (excluding)
- Portuguese (excluding)
- Availability to work in night and/or morning shifts
- Team worker
