What will you do in this role?

As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our travelers after they’ve booked their expedition:

* Assist confirmed clients by providing guidance on flights, transfers, accommodations in Santiago, and additional experiences in Patagonia.
* Follow up on payments, travel forms, and ensure accurate updates in our booking system.
* Support the commercial team by reviewing sales materials and contributing to related tasks.

We’re looking for someone who…

* Holds a technical or professional degree in tourism or a related field.
* Has advanced or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
* Excels in both verbal and written communication.
* Is enthusiastic about expedition travel, especially to destinations like Patagonia.
* Ideally has international experience and a strong desire to grow professionally within a commercial team.
