Sales Executive (Travel Designer)
Job opportunity: a DMC tour operator, is looking for a Sales Executive (Travel Designer) for its office in Santiago.
Position goals:
Be responsible for maintaining the cutting edge in the selection of touristic products in Chile.
Design itineraries with experiences and activities for B2B clients according to the company’s vision and under the guidelines, policies, procedures, quality, and safety criteria of the company’s offerings.
Attention to detail and high level of customer service orientation. Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Tourism or related fields.
Experience required for this position: At least two years of experience in receptive tourism. Language skills: Advanced English level (written and spoken). Essential skills required for the position:
Experience in handling B2B accounts
Planning and organization
Proactive
Customer management
Expert and knowledgeable about Chile's destination
