A leading company in the rental of forestry machinery is seeking a Human Resources and Safety Specialist to join their team in the city of Chillán.
Key Responsibilities:
* Human Resources:
* Manage projects related to payroll, training, professional development, and recruitment.
* Implement and oversee performance evaluation and career planning programs.
* Process payroll and coordinate employee benefits.
* Identify training needs and organize programs to improve team competencies.
* Safety (HSE):
* Coordinate health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities at the local operation.
* Ensure compliance with legal safety regulations.
* Lead audits, safety inspections, and maintain updated related documentation.
* Collaborate with corporate safety teams to implement global policies.
Requirements:
* Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
* Proven experience in payroll and human resources processes.
* Knowledge of occupational safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with ISO 45001 systems.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
* Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
